Jo.Yon Fashion Show - NBA Player Private Mansion

Anyone can throw a party in this city. Anyone can say they are a model. So what is the defining factor in the real deal?  Style. And that is exactly what was exuded at Koffee Day Spa's Venus vs. Mars retreat and fashion show. The sleek but down home feel of NBA player, Chris Bosh's house supplied the perfect intimate setting for this event.

There were free massages provided and a wonderful dinner cooked by a celebrity chef. However, the highlight was the main event...clothing! Jo.Yon boutique provided the models and fashion for the night.  Those women worked it from the time the first heel hit the pavement. And I use pavement in the literal term because the runway was the patio spanning the lit pool. The reflective windows along the patio allowed a mirrored effect for the models, but a window shopping feel for the guests.

The clothes were flirty but sophisticated. The short hem lines and sexy finishes made all of the pieces easy sales. The show raised the bar for plus size fashion. Curves should be celebrated and appreciated. Jo.Yon is paving the way for a sleeker and better dressed Dallas female, no matter what her size. These memorable pieces were a far cry from the old lady prints and sea of khaki that the commercial standards have to offer.  It was a night to remember,  filled with beautiful  women of all sizes and clothes fit for Hollywood.  For information on Jo.Yon visit the http://www.shopjoyon.com/.

Jo.Yon Ready to Wear Style Pointers:

Look 1:
A go-to look that's easy enough to just throw on yet still makes a statement. “Colored Bottoms,” especially red pants, are a fun trend this season and a fresh alternative to basic black or blue denim. The hint of edginess from an off-the-shoulder top and mixing things up with offbeat accessories can definitely bring style to personality.

Look 2:
My Clients/Customers comes from all walks of life but fashion trending is the only motivation for all looks created. So to all my "Style Attention Cravers" Mixing print and textures is a great way to experiment with style. It’s fun to do something unexpected like mixing sheer leopard, a faux shearling jacket and a printed maxi skirt, and it creates endless new combinations in your wardrobe. You can unify the look with a tonal theme or just go totally crazy and throw all the rules out the window!

A little personality in your wardrobe and a few signature looks is all it takes to make your own style! Let Jo.Yon Boutique create and/or be apart of the new you for your daily "Life Style!"
